Consultant Development Program

The Consultant Development Program at Carolina Sports Consulting Group (CSCG) introduces new members to the fundamentals of sports consulting and helps them develop as future business leaders. Members engage in mock projects, group presentations, and networking events to strengthen strategic thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and client management. This experience provides a strong foundation for work within CSCG and prepares our consultants to become business leaders of the future.
